BOTH teams must submit confirmation of the postponement and reason to the Fixtures Secretary within 5 days of the scheduled date of the fixture.

If a team wants to postpone a match in advance of the fixture date, please complete this form as early as possible. Once approved, the fixture will be marked as P-P on Full-Time.

This form is NOT to be used for fixtures in other leagues nor for County Cup fixtures.
